GENERAL
• Approved to new 2010 SOLAS regulations (according to MSC.200(80) and MSC.207(81)
• Offers much higher performance levels in water for freeboard (height of mouth from water level):
face plane angle (uplift of head from water level) : body angle
(higher flotation angle in water)
• One size now fits all adults between 40kgs and 120 kgs or more/ between less than 1.5m height and above 1.9m
height/ up to a 1.75m chest girth
• A floating buddy line is now fitted as standard to all SOLAS lifejackets

DESIGN
• A standard horseshoe design of lifejacket of comfortable design with offset shoulder straps to alleviate weight and pressure stress on neck and shoulders
• New 3D cover with gusset feature for ergonomic comfort and alleviation of bulk
• Double zip fastening cover using YKK special lifejacket zips with corrosion proof Teflon sliders. Burst point facilitating bladder inflation is at the opening between the 2 zips at the centre back neck. Back neck burst point is secured for working use with Velcro
• 50mm Mullion logo polypropylene red/ black webbing adjustable waist belt with loose end of webbing secured by a 50mm nylon acetal retainer and fastened at centre front by means of high strength marine grade stainless steel interlocking buckles
• High strength marine grade stainless steel D-Ring fitted to centre front waist belt for attachment of safety line
